1. What is CapSavvy CRM

CapSavvy CRM is fully loaded Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tool, which helps to streamline your company’s leads, sales, customers, support and team productivity by keeping customer as center of process. CapSavvy CRM helps you boost your company’s Sales, provide post-sales support, shorten your lead cycles, provide on-time supportetc.

2. How can CapSavvy CRM help me boost my business?

CapSavvy CRM is a cloud-basedplatform, so you can access it from anywhere with ease. It is a tightly coordinated system, which covers sales, leads, customers, team and support. So, there is no need to maintain your data in multiple systems, and lots of time is saved. All the important information is available on figure tips, so you do not miss any point while making any business decision.

3. How CapSavvy CRM can help service my customers?

CapSavvy CRM has inbuilt support / ticket management module. One can easily track all support request made by your client/ customer. It enables employee to track user’s support preferences and his past support requests. At the same time with integrated knowledge management and support article management, one can save a lot of time in resolving support requests, which has occurred before with same client.

4. Do you provide on-site support?

We do not provide on-site support as it is a cloud-based software where everything is stored on the internet and no physical device is installed at the customer’s premises.

5. Do you provide email or on-call support?

Yes, we do provide support through email and telephonic calls during business day and business hours from Monday to Friday between 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM. Emails are generally responded next business day.

6. Do you provide 24 X 7 support?

CapSavvy CRM support will be available during business day and business hours from Monday to Friday between 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM.

7. Can we download reports?

Yes, you can download all the reports in CSV format from respective sections of CapSavvy CRM.

8. Do you provide training to our team members?

Yes, we do provide online training sessions to all our customers & their employees. We provide 2 free sessions of two hours each and after that, every two hours online session will be charged at INR 2000.

9. Which currencies do you support?

Currently, we can bill you in Indian Rupees.

10. How to subscribe and what are payment options?

You can pay us by Credit/Debit Cards (Master or Visa) or via direct bank transfer through IMPS, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, PayTM etc., using the RazorPay enabled payment link. Alternatively, you can pay offline by direct credit to our company account maintained with HDFC Bank, Marol Branch, Mumbai, having account number 50200045989022 and IFSC Code HDFC0000592 in the name of CapSavvy Consultants Private Limited.

11. Do you charge GST and how do we get invoice?

Yes, we do charge GST. An automated invoice will be sent to the subscriber email ID after payment confirmation.

12. Do I need to pay additional cost for hosting or server?

No

13. Do you charge additional for support and upgrades?

No. All support and updates are included as part of subscription cost. Support would be given on call/mail/remote access during business day and business hours.

14. How do we add a new user after initial users are consumed?

You can send email to crm@capsavvy.com for your additional requirement of users. After payment for additional users, CapSavvy team will enable additional users as per your order.

15. How do we enhance number of customers after limit is utilised?

You can send email to crm@capsavvy.com for your additional requirement of customers records. After payment for additional customer records, CapSavvy team will enable additional customers as per your order.

16. Can I open CapSavvy CRM on my mobile?

Yes, CapSavvy CRM is mobile responsive, so you can use it on any device such as pc, laptop, tablet or mobile.

17. How will you ensure data security?

CapSavvy CRM has provided adequate security checks at various levels to ensure that customer data is comprehensively protected from internal and external threats using tools such as encrypted hypertext transmission protocol, firewall perimeter defencesetc on Amazon AWS webserver.

18. How do I judge whether my team needs CapSavvy CRM?

CapSavvy CRM is effective for all kinds of business organizations, where a sales cycle is involved,and sales process requires follow-ups. However, you can take demo, before making a purchase decision.

19. How do I migrate my existing leads, customers and sales data to CapSavvy CRM?

CapSavvy CRM offers several user friendly (MS Excel/ CSV file) import mechanisms to upload all your existing data into CapSavvy CRM software needing minimum time and effort.

20. How to we access CapSavvy CRM after payment for subscription?

Once payment is confirmed for your desired subscription plan, an automated email will be shared with you with details of your login and URL to access CapSavvy CRM platform. Alternately, you can access CapSavvy CRM anytime by visiting www.capsavvycrm.com and click on login link.

21. Is this CRM only for sales team members or backend team members can also use?

CapSavvy CRM is useful for all your business operations such as leads, sales, customers, support, backend process, tasks, projects, to-do lists, etc. So, as business entity, you can decide best suited plan as per your team size in sales or backend processes.

22. How do we create user ID and password for our team members?

Admin ID (subscriber’s main ID) will have rights to create user ID and password for your team members as per eligible number of users. Hence, each user will have a separate user ID and password, through which he/she can log into the system.

23. Where do I contact, in case we have issues or any suggestions?

24. Which webserver do you use?

Currently, CapSavvy CRM uses Amazon AWS webserver.  Depending upon matters related to security, performance or maintenance, CapSavvy CRM platform may be migrated to some other equivalent server in future, without compromising any security threats.

25. How do we exit from CapSavvy CRM?

We would always wish that you, as our esteemed user, continue to use our services. However, in case you decide to exit any time, you can deactivate your subscription any time. Before deactivation, you can download all your records and data through csv file for further use at your end. After 15 days of deactivation, your data will be deleted permanently from our server. We do not provide any refund for remaining period of your subscription; we, therefore, would request you to deactivate your subscription only after its expiry.

26. If we do not renew our subscription to CapSavvy CRM, what will happen to our data and records. How do we save?

Before expiry of your subscription plan, CapSavvy Team will send you reminder email for renewal. In case you do not wish to renew your subscription, your data is safe with us. You can download all your records and data through csv file for further use at your end. After 15 days of expiry of your subscription, your data will be deleted permanently from our server.

27. After deactivation, in case we decide to buy CapSavvy CRM subscription again, do we get same data access on CapSavvy CRM login?

You can buy CapSavvy CRM subscription plan anytime in future again. You can upload your data (which you had downloaded at the time of deactivation of expiry of your plan) into CapSavvy CRM at respective modules and you will be able to access all your data again in the same way.
